How it works
1 point per $1 spent. Bonus points for signing up, leaving a verified review, having a birthday, or referring a friend. Points convert to dollars off your next order. Subscribe & Save stays separate — you don’t pick one or the other.
How to earn points
- 1 point per $1 spent — on every order, including subscription refills
- 100 points for signing up for an OmniVita account
- 50 points for joining the email list (stacks with the WELCOME15 discount)
- 200 points on your birthday (stacks with the BIRTHDAY20 code)
- 250 points for a verified review — must be on a product you’ve actually purchased; FTC requires us to mention the points incentive on the review form
- 500 points per referral when your friend places their first order of $75 or more

If you’re on a subscription with two or more bottles in rotation, you’ll likely hit Operator within 12 months.
Inner Circle
5,000+ lifetime points
- 2× points on every order
- 1× free bottle per year (locked to a product you’re already subscribed to)
- Dedicated email support — replies within 24 hours, weekends included
- Annual “what we’re working on next” preview before public announcement

How it stacks with Subscribe & Save
The Intact Circle is separate from Subscribe & Save. You can have both. Here’s how they layer:
- Subscribe & Save 10% on Pet Intact™, Intact Digest™, and Intact Endurance™ — applied at checkout, no code
- $25 off per refill on Equine Intact™ — applied at checkout, no code
- Intact Circle points earned on top, including subscription refills, at your tier multiplier
Translation: a Subscribe & Save customer at Operator tier earning 1.5× points compounds fast. We did the math intentionally.
The small print (in plain English)
- Points don’t expire as long as you’ve engaged in the last 12 months (any order, opened email, etc.)
- Returns within the 30-Day Money Back Guarantee window reverse the points earned on that order
- Referral points unlock when your friend’s first order ships, not when they place the order
- Tier changes happen within 24 hours of crossing the threshold
- Free bottle redemptions at Inner Circle are reviewed manually (we make sure it’s a product you’re actively using)
- FTC requires us to disclose the points incentive on incentivized reviews — we add the disclosure automatically
Questions
Why no spin wheel?
Because the people who buy from us read labels. A randomized discount tells you the brand thinks you’re a slot machine. We’d rather show you the ladder and let you climb it on your own pace.
Can I share points with my partner or household?
Points live on the account that earned them. If you and a partner want to pool, the simplest move is to use one shared account for OmniVita orders. We don’t support merging two existing accounts — that’s a customer-support headache we’d rather not introduce.
What if I cancel a subscription — do I lose points?
No. Lifetime points stay on your account as long as you’ve engaged with us (an order, an opened email) in the last 12 months. Canceling a subscription doesn’t reset your tier.
Why no free product from a different line?
Our four products are not interchangeable. We’d rather you stack what’s already working in your routine than swap into something different just for a freebie. Inner Circle’s annual free bottle is locked to a product you’re already subscribed to for the same reason.
How do I check my points balance?
Open the Intact Circle launcher at the bottom-right corner of any page, or sign into your account at /account. Your balance, tier, and next-reward target are all visible there.
What if I have an issue — who do I email?
