What's actually in your products?
Every Intact-line product is built on Nutri-Mastic™ — a proprietary blend of mastic gum (from Pistacia lentiscus, the Chios mastic tree) and a full panel of seawater-derived ionic and trace minerals (potassium, sodium, magnesium, calcium, chloride, sulfate, plus trace minerals). What is mastic gum and what does it do?
Mastic gum is the dried resin of Pistacia lentiscus, a Mediterranean tree cultivated on the Greek island of Chios for over 2,500 years. It's been used in traditional herbal medicine for digestive support, and modern research has examined its role in supporting normal gut microbial balance and the body's stress response.
Why ionic minerals instead of mineral salts?
Ionic minerals carry electrical charge, which is how the body's cells recognize and uptake them at the cellular level. This is the difference between an ingredient that's in the bottle and an ingredient that's actually absorbed. Standard mineral salts have to be broken down first; ionic forms are essentially pre-ionized.
How much magnesium is in each serving?
Per the published mineral assay, Intact Digest™ and Intact Endurance™ deliver approximately 360 mg of elemental magnesium per ¾-teaspoon serving — roughly a full adult daily intake. This is why most customers take them in the evening for overnight recovery.
How is Nutri-Mastic™ different from a probiotic?
Probiotics add specific bacterial strains to your gut. Nutri-Mastic™ supports the environment in which your existing microbial balance lives — different mechanism. The two are complementary, not redundant.
Is the product vegan, gluten-free, sugar-free?
Yes to all three. Ingredients are mineral and botanical only — no animal products, no gluten, no added sugar. Full ingredient panel is on the back label.
Is the product third-party tested?
We publish the mineral assay (Certificate of Analysis) for the human SKUs verifying magnesium dose and the full mineral panel. We do not currently carry NSF, USP, WADA, or USADA certifications — competitive athletes under banned-substance rules should confirm eligibility with their governing body.
Are your products FDA-approved?
The FDA does not "approve" dietary supplements. Under DSHEA (the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act of 1994), supplements are regulated under different rules than drugs. Our products are structure/function-supported only and carry the standard FDA disclaimer.
Can children use these products?
Yes — our products are appropriate for all ages at the label-recommended dose, adjusted for body weight. For specific guidance on a child, talk to your pediatrician.
Can I take these with my medications?
Mineral and botanical ingredients have low interaction risk with most medications, but always confirm with your pharmacist or healthcare provider before adding any supplement to a medication regimen.
What if I take more than the label dose?
No long-term negative consequences. Someone who doesn't typically need digestive support may experience more frequent bowel movements at higher doses — that's the main effect.
Is it OK during pregnancy?
We don't make pregnancy-specific recommendations. Talk to your OB-GYN (for human products) or your veterinarian (for animal products) before starting any new supplement during pregnancy or nursing.
Choosing the right product
Intact Digest™ vs Intact Endurance™ — which one for me?
Same Nutri-Mastic™ foundation, slightly different mineral formulation. Pick Endurance if you train hard 4+ days per week and want recovery and electrolyte support layered on top of daily wellness. Pick Digest if you want the daily gut and sleep foundation without the training context. Many of our customers run both.
Can I mix it with my morning coffee?
Yes — the product is mineral and botanical, not pharmacological, so it pairs fine with coffee. Most customers prefer evening dosing for the magnesium overnight-recovery benefit, but morning works if it fits your routine better.
Does it contain caffeine or any stimulants?
No. We're not in the stimulation business. No caffeine, no synthetic stimulants, no thermogenics.
Will it interfere with my workout supplements (pre-workout, protein, creatine)?
No. Intact Endurance™ is the daily rebuild layer; pre-workout is stimulation. Different jobs. Most athletes use both. Protein and creatine are independent of mineral-and-botanical supplements like ours.
If I have a horse, a dog, and use Intact myself — do I need all three products?
Yes — the dosing and delivery format are different for each species. A horse needs Equine Intact™ (scoop, weight-band dosed). A dog or cat needs Pet Intact™ (liquid drops, body-weight dosed). Can I use Pet Intact™ on myself or Intact Digest™ on my dog?
We don't recommend it. The dosing scales, delivery forms, and label compliance frameworks (AAFCO vs DSHEA) are designed for the species each product is built for. Match the product to the species — that's how we built the line.
Equine-specific
Is Equine Intact™ safe for performance horses competing under USEF or FEI?
The ingredients are mineral and botanical, not pharmacological. We are not USEF, FEI, or USEF Drug-and-Medications rulebook tested — competitive horse owners should confirm eligibility with their governing body's banned-substance list before show season.
Can I feed it to a horse on antibiotics or other medication?
Low interaction risk for mineral and botanical ingredients, but always confirm with your veterinarian before adding any supplement to a medication regimen, especially during treatment.
How does Equine Intact™ compare to my current supplement stack?
Most ranch and barn supplement stacks include a separate mineral, fly-control supplement, electrolyte, and gut-support product. Equine Intact™ is designed to consolidate those into one daily scoop. Email us with your current label list and we'll walk through the comparison.
Pet-specific
Can my dog and cat share the same bottle?
Yes. Same product, just adjust dose by body weight (1 drop per 10 lb). The 8 oz bottle has ~384 servings — easily enough for multi-pet households.
What if my pet is on multiple medications?
Pet Intact™ is nutritional, not pharmacological. Interaction risk with medications is low. Always confirm with your veterinarian before adding any supplement to your pet's medication regimen.
Can I give Pet Intact™ to small mammals, birds, or fish?
Pet Intact™ is formulated for dogs and cats primarily. Some owners use it with small mammals, birds, and fish at adjusted doses. For unusual species or specific health conditions, talk to your vet first.
Are there breed-specific recommendations?
No breed-specific protocols. Dosing is by body weight (1 drop per 10 lb) across all dog and cat breeds.
Shipping
What does shipping cost?
Free shipping on every order — no minimum, no threshold. Standard delivery ships free. Expedited shipping is available at $14.95 if you want it faster. Full shipping policy.
How long until my order ships?
We process and dispatch within 1-2 business days from our Ohio fulfillment location. Tracking updates within 24-48 hours of dispatch.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to the United States and select international markets. Available countries appear at checkout when you enter your shipping address. If your country isn't shown, email info@omnivitawellness.com — we'll let you know when shipping to your region opens up.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
If the order hasn't shipped yet, yes — email info@omnivitawellness.com with your order number and the new address. Once a label is printed we can't change it.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
Email info@omnivitawellness.com within 7 days of expected delivery. Include your order number and (if damaged) photos. We replace damaged or lost shipments at no cost.
Subscriptions (Subscribe & Save)
How does Subscribe & Save work?
Pick a cadence (every 30, 60, 90, or 150 days, depending on the product). Save 10% on every shipment of Pet Intact™, Intact Digest™, or Intact Endurance™. Save $25 off every refill of Equine Intact™. We email you 3 days before each shipment processes so you can skip, swap, or change cadence. Cancel anytime from your account — no penalty, no questions. Full details.
Can I change products on my subscription?
Yes. From your account, Manage Subscription → Swap product. You can also add a new subscription separately and keep the original.
Can I have multiple subscriptions on one account?
Yes — one account, multiple subscriptions on different cadences. Common setup: Equine Intact™ every 150 days, Pet Intact™ every 60 days, Intact Digest™ every 60 days.
What happens if my card is declined on a subscription renewal?
We retry once after 48 hours. If still declined, we email you and pause the subscription until you update payment. No order is dropped without notification.
What if I need to skip or pause?
Log into your account at omnivitawellness.com/account, click Manage Subscription, and skip, pause, or change cadence. Takes about 30 seconds.
How do I cancel?
Same place — your account, Manage Subscription, Cancel. One click. No penalty. Cancellation takes effect immediately.
Returns & refunds
What's your return policy?
30-day money-back guarantee on every product. If you're not satisfied, email us within 30 days of delivery. Full refund policy.
Do I have to ship the product back?
Sometimes. Our support team will tell you whether a return is required for your specific situation when you email.
Gifting
Can I send the product as a gift?
Yes. At checkout, enter the recipient's shipping address and your billing address separately. We don't include pricing in shipping confirmation emails sent to gift recipients.
Do you offer gift cards?
Not yet — gift cards are on our post-launch roadmap. For now, purchasing a product directly and shipping it to the recipient is the way to gift.
Can I gift a subscription?
Not as a self-managing gift subscription. You can purchase one-time products as gifts; the recipient sets up their own subscription if they want to continue.
Account & orders
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account makes future orders faster and gives you access to subscription management, order history, and saved addresses.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our fulfillment location. You can also see status in your account.
I forgot my password — how do I reset?
On the login page, click "Forgot password." We email you a reset link. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or email us.
How do I update my payment method?
From your account, Settings → Payment methods. You can update credit cards used for subscriptions or future one-time orders.

Do you sell wholesale?
