Subscription Terms

These terms apply to all Subscribe & Save subscriptions purchased through omnivitawellness.com. By starting a subscription, you agree to these terms in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

How subscriptions work

When you subscribe to a product, you authorize OmniVita Wellness LLC to automatically charge your saved payment method at the cadence you select (every 30, 60, 90, or 150 days, depending on the product). Each shipment is automatically packed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of the scheduled billing date.

Pricing

Subscribers receive 15% off the regular product price on every shipment. Pricing for each subscription order is the product price displayed on the product page at the time of the billing date, less the 15% subscription discount. If product prices change, we will notify you by email at least 7 days before the price change takes effect.

Renewal notifications

We send a reminder email 3 days before each subscription shipment processes. The reminder includes the upcoming charge date, items being shipped, and a direct link to manage your subscription (skip, swap, change cadence, pause, or cancel) before the next charge.

Skip, swap, pause, cancel

You can skip a shipment, swap products, change cadence, pause your subscription, or cancel at any time from your customer account at omnivitawellness.com/account. Cancellation is one-click, with no penalty and no questions asked. Cancellation takes effect immediately and prevents any future charges.

Failed payments

If your payment method is declined, we will notify you by email and automatically retry the charge every 48 hours for up to 3 attempts. If all retries fail, your subscription is automatically paused (not cancelled) until you update your payment method. No shipment is sent if payment is not successfully processed.

Refunds on subscription orders

Subscription orders are covered by our standard 30-day money-back guarantee. See our Refund Policy for details. To request a refund on a subscription order, contact info@omnivitawellness.com with your order number.

State-specific disclosures

Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, the District of Columbia, Hawaii, Illinois, Iowa, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Tennessee, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, and Wisconsin may have additional rights under state automatic-renewal laws. These rights include the right to receive renewal notices, to cancel without penalty, and to clear disclosure of recurring nature and pricing before purchase. Changes to these terms

We may update these Subscription Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date above. For material changes, we will also notify active subscribers by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
