By providing your phone number and opting in to SMS messages from OmniVita Wellness, you agree to these SMS Terms in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

What you've agreed to

By checking the SMS opt-in box on any OmniVita Wellness signup form and submitting your phone number, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages (e.g. cart reminders, shipment updates, promotional offers) from OmniVita Wellness LLC at the cell phone number you provided.

Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Types of messages

  • Marketing: promotional offers, new product announcements, sale notifications.
  • Transactional: cart reminders, shipping confirmations, subscription notifications.
  • Account: security or account-related notifications.

Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity and preferences. Typically less than 8 messages per month, though promotional periods may include additional messages.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. OmniVita Wellness does not charge for SMS messages; standard carrier rates apply.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to opt out of all future SMS marketing from OmniVita Wellness. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages.

Carrier disclaimer

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. OmniVita Wellness is not responsible for delivery delays or message failures caused by carrier or network issues.

Eligibility

SMS messaging is available in the United States only. You must be at least 13 years old to opt in. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to opt in.

Privacy

Your phone number is collected and used as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or rent your phone number to third parties. Phone numbers may be shared with our SMS service provider (Klaviyo) for the sole purpose of delivering messages on our behalf.

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date above.
