Shipping Policy
Free shipping on every order. Every OmniVita order ships free — no minimum and no order threshold. Standard delivery is always free. If you'd like it faster, expedited shipping is available at checkout for $14.95.
Processing & dispatch. Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days from our US fulfillment location. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves the warehouse; tracking typically updates within 24–48 hours of dispatch.
Where we ship. We ship across the United States and to select international markets. The countries we currently ship to appear at checkout once you enter your shipping address. If your country isn't listed, email info@omnivitawellness.com and we'll let you know when shipping to your region opens.
Address changes. If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us with your order number and the corrected address and we'll update it. Once a shipping label has been printed we're unable to change the destination.
Lost or damaged shipments. If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, email us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number (and photos if damaged). We replace damaged or lost shipments at no cost to you.
International duties & taxes. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order or shipping total.
